Methods of Delivery and Return of Goods
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are NOT delivered on weekends or holidays. We can deliver on Saturdays upon customer request and prior arrangement.
For larger orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or phone number you provided.
DELIVERY PRICE
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We send parcels with the courier company SPEEDY. The cost of delivery to an office or address is calculated based on the tariff of the courier company SPEEDY and it will be calculated and displayed before you complete your order.
All orders sent with the courier company SPEEDY are marked with a "Review before payment" option. If the shipment is refused, the customer bears the shipping costs for returning the shipment charged by the courier company.
Payment method
Cash on delivery: You pay for your order upon delivery (directly to the courier). Additional costs other than those indicated in the final amount of your order are not charged.
Card Payment: Pay for your order with your chosen credit/debit card through the secure Shopify Payments platform. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed in euros (EUR). If a refund is required for amounts paid by card, an automatic refund will be made to the card used for payment.
RETURN OF GOODS
You may return the product within 14 days from the date of shipment. Shipping costs for return and exchange are at the customer's expense.
For a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Send an email to onlineshop@veganna.bg or contact us on GSM: 0886001018 and provide your order number or name of the item you wish to return.
Send us the product by courier to: Sliven, Stefan Karadzha Blvd. 38 G, for Veganna EOOD (or SPEEDY office at Stefan Karadzha 38).
Please provide us with your bank account information so that we can refund the amount, which you will receive within 30 days.
If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the card you paid with.
www.veganna.bg is not responsible for products damaged or lost during delivery. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
COMPENSATION
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
