VEGANNA EOOD, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner," controls the processing of personal data of all visitors and registered users.
The content of the website www.veganna.bg and the mobile application "Veganna," along with the technologies used therein, are protected under the Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act. All types of textual, graphic, photographic, and video materials published on the website www.veganna.bg and the mobile application "Veganna" are the property of VEGANNA EOOD, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any individual (user/visitor) accessing the website www.veganna.bg and/or the mobile application "Veganna" may browse its web pages and use its services and content as a visitor or a registered user. Liability
All information on the site is provided in accordance with Bulgarian law, without any guarantee from the Owner of www.veganna.bg and the "Veganna" mobile application for its inviolability or protection from malicious third-party attacks.
The Owner is not responsible for:
Any actual or perceived damages arising from or related to access (or lack thereof) to www.veganna.bg and/or the "Veganna" application and the use of their content;

Confidentiality
Any user wishing to make an online purchase via www.veganna.bg and/or the "Veganna" mobile application can choose to proceed either as a guest or as a registered user on the website, but only as a registered user via the mobile application.
Personal data is provided to enable the Owner to deliver ordered products, specifically for the user to complete their orders. For this purpose, personal data provided in the order form must be processed when the user is an individual placing an order, as well as to record and track user transactions. The purpose of this processing includes order completion, communication regarding order stages, providing clarifications about orders, and analyzing and informing the user about their orders to fulfill the Owner's obligations.
Communication with users may occur through phone, mail, email, text message (SMS), or other appropriate methods using contact details lawfully provided during the use of www.veganna.bg and/or "Veganna." This communication is part of the relationship and until the user objects to such communication. The Owner may also use OTT (over-the-top) communication services such as Viber, WhatsApp, or MailChimp for better communication and cost efficiency.
Statistical information regarding visits to www.veganna.bg and the "Veganna" application may be shared with advertisers/agencies to track user interactions with their advertisements and links, as well as to prepare internal statistics for direct marketing purposes (both for the Owner and its partners).
Registered users of www.veganna.bg and the "Veganna" application can access, edit, or request deletion (partial or complete) of their personal data through their user profile under "My Profile" and "Personal Data." Requests for access, deletion, or correction can also be sent via email to contact@veganna.bg.
Compensation
The Owner reserves the right to seek compensation for damages or third-party claims resulting from violations of these Terms of Use or unauthorized use of the services provided by www.veganna.bg and the "Veganna" application.

Personal data is provided for the purpose of enabling the Owner to deliver an ordered product and, in particular, to enable the user to complete their orders for deliveries via the website www.veganna.bg and in view of the related purposes detailed in the following sentence, it is necessary to process the personal data provided by the user in the order form when the user is a natural person and he/she places his/her order, as well as to record and track the user's transactions. The purpose of this necessary data processing is the completion of each order, communication and notification messages regarding the stages of order processing, providing clarifications in relation to an order and, in general, the analysis and information about the orders that the user has placed, in order to fulfill the obligations of the Owner, the delivery of the order to the chosen address. Also, data processing is necessary for regular communication with the visitor and/or registered user by telephone, mail, e-mail, mobile phone message (SMS) or other appropriate means of communication, using the user's contact details that were lawfully obtained during the use of this website www.veganna.bg and/or mobile application “Veganna” in connection with the deliveries offered by the Owner, in the context of a transactional relationship between them and as long as the user does not object to such communication. Also, the Owner may communicate with the visitor and/or registered user through OTT (over-the-top) communication services, such as Viber, WhatsApp, MailChimp, etc., for the purposes of better communication and cost efficiency.
The Owner may provide the collected statistical information about the traffic to the website www.veganna.bg and the mobile application "Veganna" to advertisers/advertising agencies who keep statistics on the number of entries and other actions of users on their advertising banners and links, as well as to prepare internal statistics for the purposes of direct marketing (their own and their partners').
To exercise the right to access, delete (partially or in full) or correct/complete personal data, the Owner provides the opportunity to registered users of the website www.veganna.bg and the mobile application “Veganna” to view, correct/complete their personal data through their personal user profile on the website www.veganna.bg, using the option “My Profile” and the field “Personal Data” or to request access to, partial or complete deletion or correction/complete their data by sending an electronic message (email) to contact@veganna.bg Users of www.veganna.bg who place orders as visitors, or other users of the website www.veganna.bg or the mobile application “Veganna”, (as users who have contacted the Owner, through the online contact form on the website or mobile application, or by phone, or by e-mail /email/), may exercise these rights by sending an e-mail message (e-mail) to contact@veganna.bg To exercise their right to manage commercial communication from the Owner regarding any or all means of communication (email, SMS or Viber on a mobile phone, etc.), each user can manage them through their personal user profile at www.veganna.bg by sending an email message to contact@veganna.bg.
Compensation
The Owner reserves the right to seek compensation for any damages and claims of third parties resulting from the violation of these Terms of Use and/or unregulated use of the services of the website www.veganna.bg and the "Veganna" application.
For all issues not settled by these Terms of Use, the current Bulgarian legislation applies.
Opening pages and using the website www.veganna.bg and the "Veganna" application and/or following links therein constitutes a declaration by the user that he/she is familiar with, accepts and undertakes to comply with these Terms of Use.
