Subscription Policy
1. General provisions
This Subscription Policy governs the terms and conditions of use of the subscription service offered through our online store ("Site"). By activating a subscription, you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site.
2. What is a subscription?
The Subscription is a service for regular automatic delivery of Matcha products (“Product”), which allows you to receive the product of your choice at a certain interval, without having to place a new order each time. Upon activation of a subscription, the customer receives a discount of 20% (twenty percent) from the standard price of the Product.

3. Subscription activation
To activate a subscription, you need to select the "Subscription" option on the relevant product page, fill in the requested shipping and payment information, and confirm your order. After successfully completing the order, your subscription is automatically activated.
The first delivery is processed immediately after payment confirmation. Each subsequent delivery is sent in accordance with your selected monthly plan.
4. Prices and payment
Customers who have activated a subscription receive a permanent discount of 20% (twenty percent) off the standard price of the Product for each monthly delivery. The discount is automatically applied with each billing and is valid while the subscription is active.
Payment is made automatically at the beginning of each subscription period via your chosen payment method (debit/credit card or other supported method). All prices are quoted in Euro and include VAT.
In the event of a failed payment (e.g. insufficient funds, expired card), we will notify you by email and attempt to charge again. If the payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may be suspended or terminated.
5. Automatic renewal
The subscription automatically renews every 30 days unless the customer explicitly requests cancellation before the next billing date. Upon renewal, the then-current terms and prices apply.
Before each renewal, you will receive an email reminder with information about upcoming delivery and billing, giving you the opportunity to make changes or cancel your subscription.
6. Change subscription
The Customer has the right to change the following parameters of their subscription at any time through their profile on the Site or by contacting our customer service team: product (type of Matcha), quantity, delivery address and payment method.
Changes made before the next billing date will take effect from the next subscription period. Changes made after billing will take effect from the following period.
7. Cancellation and termination of subscription
The customer may cancel their subscription at any time, without penalty or additional fees. Cancellation can be done in the following ways:
• Through the personal profile on the Site, in the "My Subscription" section;
• By email to our customer service team;
• By phone to customer service.
If cancellation is made before the next billing date, you will not be charged for the next period and you will not receive a new delivery. If cancellation is made after billing, the subscription remains active until the end of the already paid period.
8. Right to withdraw from a distance contract
According to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have the right to withdraw from the delivered goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us with an unambiguous statement and return the Product in its original packaging, unused and unopened.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to food products that have been opened or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned, pursuant to Article 57, item 4 of the Food and Drug Administration Act.
9. Delivery
The Product is delivered to the address or office specified upon subscription activation, via the courier company Speedy. Delivery costs are at the expense of the customer, unless otherwise stated on the Site.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, but we will make every effort to resolve any delivery-related issues.
10. Change of prices and conditions
We reserve the right to change the prices of the Products, the amount of the discount or the terms of the subscription. In case of a change, customers will be notified by email at least 7 (seven) days before they come into effect. If the customer does not agree with the new terms, he may cancel his subscription without penalty.
11. Protection of personal data
Personal data provided upon subscription activation is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable law and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
12. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for damages caused by improper storage of the Product by the customer, use in violation of the instructions on the packaging, or allergic reactions in case of known hypersensitivity to the ingredients.
13. Applicable law and disputes
This Policy is interpreted and applied in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes arising from or in connection with the subscription will be resolved through negotiations, and if impossible - before the competent Bulgarian court.
